Legal Advisors to the prime Park Project

Work on Bahrain\'s BD9.1 million ($24.1 million) multi-purpose theme park began recently. The park is part of the second phase to revive the Adhari area, which hosts one of Bahrain\'s most renowned landmarks - Ain Adhari.

The natural freshwater spring was renovated and opened to the public 20 months ago while the new-look park is expected to be ready by December 2006.

The new park will be built on an area measuring 165,319sq m and will feature a roller-coaster, a water park, children\'s play areas, a mini-golf course, a bowling alley, a games arcade, family recreation facilities, a shopping mall and a children\'s museum.

Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Law Firm has been retained by Al Khaleej Development Company (Tameer) and Kuwaiti Markets and Commercial Complexes Company, who are the promoters of the Project, to provide advice on all aspects of the construction, development and management of the project.
