Bahrain Government wholly owned Holding Company B.S.C. (c) was incorporated by the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain to own the government’s shares in wholly and partly owned government companies in Bahrain and other companies abroad.
Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Attorneys at Law & Legal Consultants has been retained as local legal advisors to provide advice on all legal aspects including share transfer, project finance, mergers and acquisitions. The Firm is also currently assisting the Kingdom’s primary airlines, one of the Holding company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, in de-registering the aircrafts from a neighboring country and registering it with the Directorate of the Civil Aviation in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
