Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Attorneys at Law & Legal Consultants has been retained to provide advice on all aspects of the financing, construction, development, lease and sale of the project, including local legal advice in relation to the US$135,000,000 Islamic Sukuk Offering and a new Ijara Sukuk Offering of US$220 to US$240 million.
