Summary:
Zain earned a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Sussex in 2021. Following that, she pursued the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and received a Post-graduate Diploma from the University of Law in 2022. Zain embarked on a six-month internship in the legal department of Bahrain Development Bank, during which she gained valuable experience in various areas such as banking and finance, corporate governance, and litigation. Her responsibilities included contract review, drafting legal documents and providing sound advice on loan-related matters.
In March 2023, Zain joined our firm as a junior associate in the corporate department. Her role is pivotal in collaborating with local and international companies as well as law firms. She handles a wide range of corporate matters, including but not limited to company incorporations and share transfer transactions, as well as banking and finance matters. Additionally, she has considerable experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts while also providing legal opinions and enforceability opinions.
Zain is fluent in both Arabic and English.
