Local Legal Advisors to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority

Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Law Firm is proud to announce that it has been appointed legal advisers as to matters of Bahraini law by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority ("TRA").

The TRA was established by a Decree promulgating the Telecommunications Law. The TRA is an independent body and its duties and powers include, among other things, protecting the interests of subscribers and users and promoting effective and fair competition in the telecommunications market of Bahrain among existing and new licenced operators.

The HRAKLF team is headed by Sha. Haya Al Khalifa and Eamon Holley.
