Mustafa Ebrahim obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mansoura, Egypt in 1985. He was admitted as a lawyer in Egypt in 1985. 

Mustafa represents a Background in Labor Law and Bankruptcy Law and has a reputation for solving complex issues in a clear and articulate manner. 

Prior to joining Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Law Firm, Mustafa had been a legal counsel at a number of major Egyptian and Bahraini law firms and has lectured extensively in Civil Procedure Law.

Mustafa is fluent in both Arabic and English.
