Mergers and Acquisitions

A majority of our clients have wide-ranging corporate and commercial requirements within the growing economies of the Middle East. One of the most important areas of the teams transactional work relates to the merger and acquisition activity undertaken by our multinational clients. In this context, we advise on, and assist with, local licensing issues, business transfer agreements and assignment of assets, leases, employment issues, and considerations of commercial agencies law.
