Arash Saidi
Arash Saidi obtained both a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) and a
Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking & Finance (B. Bus
(Banking & Finance)) from the Queensland University of
Technology, Australia.
Arash has been admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of
Australia, the High Court of England & Wales and the Supreme
Court of Queensland. He is also a member of the Australasian
Institute of Banking & Finance.
Prior to joining Haya Rashed Al Khalifa, Arash practiced in an
Australian commercial law firm servicing the business and
government sectors in Australia and the Asia Pacific. During
that time, he gained extensive experience in corporate and
commercial law with particular emphasis on mergers &
acquisitions, capital raisings, companies & securities
regulation and banking & finance.
Arash is very well regarded by international law firms who often
call upon Arash to advise on local aspects of corporate,
commercial and financial transactions. He is also the Firm's
specialist in the establishment of Collective Investment Schemes
and Funds with the Central Bank of Bahrain.
Arash is fluent in English and Farsi.
